SpaceX launched a German radar satellite from California on Saturday, after launching 53 Starlink internet satellites from Kennedy Space Center on Friday . On Sunday morning, a Globalstar communications satellite took off from Cape Canaveral. The company set a great record by sending three rockets into space in about 36 hours .
The company was able to complete the 158th, 159th and 160th Falcon 9 flights in just 36 hours and 18 minutes. The company, which has built the fastest trilogy in modern space history, plans to launch more than 50 rockets by the end of the year.
SpaceX launched the Falcon 9 rocket carrying 53 Starlink satellites from runway 39A at Kennedy Space Center on Friday at 19:09 pm . Twenty-two hours later, at 5:17 p.m. Saturday, another Falcon 9 launched Germany’s SARah 1 radar reconnaissance satellite into orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
On Sunday, another Falcon 9 took off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 07:27 am. Around 09:20 am, the Globalstar FM15 satellite left the rocket to fly on its own. Thus, SpaceX’s third flight was completed in less than two days .
