German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht made a statement to journalists before the NATO Defense Ministers Meeting held in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.
Lambrecht stated that 3 multi-barrel Rocket Launchers promised by Germany will be sent to Ukraine Lambrecht said that the training on rocket launchers could start at the end of June, and that the delivery could be made at the end of July or the beginning of August. Noting that the self-propelled howitzer training of the Ukrainian soldiers is about to be completed, Lambrecht stated that seven of them will be delivered to Ukraine in a short time.
Germany and the Netherlands announced on May 11 that a total of 12 PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers, 7 of which were from Germany, would be delivered to Ukraine against Russian attacks.
