“The BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul completed the week with a gain of 3.30% at 5,384.56 points. During the week, the index saw a low of 5,221.93 points and a high of 5,503.09 points.

During the same period, the Borsa Istanbul Financial Index rose by 8.02% to 5,243.91 points, the Industry Index gained 0.43% to 8,785.30 points, the Services Index increased by 3.07% to 4,378.05 points, and the Technology Index rose by 3.52% to 5,636.54 points.

The stock with the highest increase among the shares included in the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul was İş Bankası (C) with a rise of 21.54% this week. Garanti Bankası followed with a rise of 19.88% and Yayla Gıda with a rise of 19.34%.

The stocks that lost the most value among these were Doğuş Otomotiv with a decrease of 15.71%, Kimteks Poliüretan with a decrease of 12.45%, and Zorlu Enerji with a decrease of 10.53%.

The most valuable companies with shares traded on Borsa Istanbul were Sasa Polyester with 256.5 billion Turkish liras, Koç Holding with 218.6 billion Turkish liras, and Ford Otosan with 215.8 billion Turkish liras.

The gram selling price of 24-carat gold bullion rose by 1.25% this week to 1,134 Turkish liras, and the selling price of Cumhuriyet gold coins increased by 1.25% to 7,598 Turkish liras.

The selling price of the dollar increased by 0.34% to 18.9610 Turkish liras, and the selling price of the euro rose by 0.99% to 20.2750 Turkish liras.

The selling price of the British pound, which was 22.7450 Turkish liras last week, rose by 1.17% this week to 23.0100 Turkish liras. The Swiss franc found buyers at 20.7120 Turkish liras, with an increase of 2.50% compared to the previous week.”
