Hellbound summary:

In the middle of Seoul, in front of the crowds, incredible images of hell happen. Mysterious beings condemn people to hell, and extraterrestrials appear at exactly the specified time to brutally burn the convicted to death. The great chaos of these unimaginable supernatural events is somewhat suppressed by the confident voice of Jung Jinsu, the leader of the newly emerging religious establishment New Right. He claims that only sinners are condemned to hell, and that these events represent the divine will to lead people to the right path. A group of disciples named Arrowhead, who blindly believe in him, take on the task of punishing those who oppose the divine will. The world has turned into hell.

A lawyer named Min Hyejin challenges President Jung, claiming that images of hell are only supernatural events. They unite with a small number of people who are trying to protect those condemned to hell and make the world a place where people, not gods, reign, and resist the growing turmoil provoked by the New Right.
